Are you suffering from an eating disorder? Problems with food develop for a variety of reasons but are usually related to the way we feel about ourselves. You may not even be sure if you have an eating disorder - but having no-one to talk to about these issues can be very isolating and frustrating. As a result, both your health and your self-esteem can suffer. Our aim is to provide a forum where you can discuss these feelings with others and begin to work towards recovery in a mutually supportive environment.
